  8.      Space Empires II is a Windows strategy game of exploring and conquering
  9.      the galaxy. Players design and build starships to explore, colonize,
  10.      and combat with alien races. Space Empires II presents an advanced
  11.      random galaxy generator that produces scores of different planets,
  12.      storms, asteroids, stars, nebulae, and more! From 1 to 4 players can
  13.      participate in a game, and scores of different computer personalities
  14.      will attempt to conquer everything for themselves. Turns take place at
  15.      a strategic level with players able to govern their entire empire quickly
  16.      and easily. Combat is resolved at a tactical level where the players can
  17.      command each ship as if they were on its bridge! With a completely new
  18.      galaxy created for every game, Space Empires II will challenge even the
  19.      veteran war gamer to bring order to a chaotic galaxy. With its simple and
  20.      easy to understand windows user interface, computer novices will soon be
  21.      matching the veterans with their own armadas of starships.  Space Empires
